To ensure that you have a clear understanding of the order delivery process, please read the following policies carefully

  1. Place of shipment and delivery time
  • Place of shipment: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Estonia. International transportation may incur tariffs (to be borne by the recipient).
  • Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and quality inspection after placing an order (for customized/pre-sale items, the processing time may be extended and will be separately marked on the page).
  • Logistics timeliness

Within Europe: 7-15 working days (by post/express)

North America/Asia: 15-25 working days (including customs clearance time)

Other regions: 20-30 working days (delays may occur during peak logistics periods)

  1. Freight and customs duties
  • Freight calculation: The settlement page automatically displays the actual freight (based on weight, destination and logistics provider).
  • Tariff Policy: Shipment from Estonia may incur import duties /VAT, which must be paid by the recipient (duty-free within the EU). It is recommended to check the local customs policies before placing an order.
  1. Order tracking and exception handling
  • Logistics inquiry: After shipment, the tracking number will be sent by email (you can log in to your account or check it globally through 17Track).
  • Delivery issue: If the package exceeds the expected delivery time:

First, check if the logistics status shows “Detained by Customs”.

Contact the local post office to confirm whether additional customs duties need to be paid.

  1. Exemption Clause
  • Force majeure: We will not be held responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, etc., but we will provide reference compensation plans for logistics providers.
  • Incorrect address: If the package is lost or returned due to incorrect filling, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping (it is recommended to check the address when placing the order).

Please check the appearance of the package before signing for it. If it is damaged, take photos on the spot and refuse to accept it.
